Sandford Springs is the ideal location for your next business meeting. With a choice of 6 meetings rooms, our rooms range in capacity from 10 up to 200 guests making them ideal for interviews, training, seminars, board meetings and larger corporate dinners and functions. All meeting rooms have natural daylight & complimentary Wi-Fi as standard. Our individual meeting rooms are listed below.

THE DAVIES & LEADERBOARD SUITE
Forming the downstairs of the Clockhouse, the Davies & Leaderboard Suites are a good option for smaller meetings and training events. They make excellent break out areas as there is a partition wall separating both rooms that can be opened to form a larger meeting area.
THE KINGSCLERE SUITE
The Kingsclere Suite is our second largest function room. Located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, the Kingsclere Suite offers unique panoramic views of the golf courses in a wonderfully relaxed environment.

THE CLOCKHOUSE SUITE
Located on the top floor of the Clockhouse, The Clockhouse Suite is the largest meeting room within the self contained conference facility. Boasting traditional oak beams, views of the 27 hole golf course and natural daylight, the suite is an excellent choice for an offsite meeting.
THE GARDEN SUITE
With capacity to hold up to 140 delegates, The Garden Suite is perfect for conferences, larger meetings, seminars, christmas parties, dinner dances & charity events. Adjacent to The Sandford Lounge it also benefits from beautiful views over the course and surrounding countryside and access to our terrace.
THE BOARDROOM
Located in the main Clubhouse building, the Boardroom is our smallest meeting room. Its layout suits board meetings of up to 10 people or private dining. Its proximity to the Kingsclere Bar & Restaurant makes it a popular choice for delegates looking to enjoy a restaurant lunch or evening meal following their meeting.
